Mayor Paul Nejem is one of the mayors of Victubia, he is the Mayor of Ekard.
Personality[]
Mayor Paul works hard and comes off more mature than he actually is. He is often nervous and unsure of himself, but tries to hide it.
Pauls great grandfather was a mayor of Ekard back in the day, and Paul hopes to live up to the expectations of being a good mayor like his great grandfather.
Mayor Desirée took it upon herself to teach him the inner workings of being a mayor, and often gives him advice, which he greatly appreciates.

Mayor Paul is a dark-skinned brown-eyed young man. His warm brown hair flows over the top his head while the sides of his head is shaved. He has gold ear piercing on his ears. He has two beauty marks under the far left of his left eye. As mayor, he wears gold and yellow robes together with a red scarf and belt.

Before Paul got the position as mayor he worked a lot with charity and has always been involved with the Ekard community, which is why he was offered the mayor position at such a young age; the whole city loves and believes in him.

- Paul and Mayor Gabbi are the only two mayors that are magi.
- He has a lot of respect for Desirée.
- He has a good relationship with Mayor Malin and Mayor Gabbi.
- He is a bit scared of Mayor Lamont.
- He is especially scared of Mayor Oswald, who he doesn’t trust at all. Mayor Oswald often ends up talking over him when Paul tries to make points during the meetings, and Paul is a bit too much of a coward to tell him off.
